WriteLab Software License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WriteLab ("Licensor") for the WriteLab software application ("Software").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for your personal purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

Distribute, share, sublicense, lend, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party
Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization
Access or use the Software in any manner that could damage or impair its functionality

3. SOURCE CODE RESTRICTIONS

If any portion of the source code is made available, it is provided solely for educational purposes. You may NOT:

Modify the source code in any way
Incorporate the source code into other software
Distribute or share the source code with others
Use the source code for any purpose other than personal education

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos belonging to Licensor.

5. UNAUTHORIZED USE

Any use of the Software in a manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license, legal action, and monetary damages.

6. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
